Yum! You betcha...email tonight. I know the shortbread cookies and rum balls get the keyboard sticky, but waaaa!, they're my favorite! When I eat sticky stuff at the computer, I keep a moist towel handy--got my priorities straight.
Now, Tom, on the other hand, needs to stay away from coffee or milk at the computer, what with his propensity to spray same through his nose.
On the more serious note, I think your observations on the psychology are reassuring. I dunno about the black marble facing, though...too much like a mausoleum? A different facing would be appropriate, since the original Towers reflected that 70s glass-and-aluminum aesthetic that's gone out of style. The dramatic and pure shape against the skyline is what's important.
