I went with the Peterson/Littenberg design although I think they could use another round ideas. The 2800 seat amphitheater and public garden in memory of those who died there is a good concept.
Even though connecting buildings makes them stronger I'll bet there would have to new engineering studies and designs to allow for the sway that occurs in highrises of that magintude.
I didn't realize the owner of the WTC Towers bought them weeks before they came crashing down.
