A 5 MW reactor will run about 5,000 average American homes. I don't know how many North Korean homes it would run, but assume about twice as many. And this is assuming NONE of it is used for industry. It's a research reactor. For making weapons. Period.

And after all, it was GWB who threatened them with nuclear war.

They started their nuke program while Clinton was in office. Bush threatened them while he was governor? How many nukes DOES the Republic of Texas have in its arsenal?
