North Korea may learn the other side of that:
"There is no substitute for unconditional defeat" really soon.
They only got an armistice with great help from China and Russia.
They should not count on either this time.
And when the SKs wake up and realize the NKs want conquest, not reunification, they will fight much harder than the NK robots.
