S - "Bush created NK's clandestine nuclear program..."
It seems to me ALL nuclear weapons programs were secret at first. Clandestine.
And Bush didn't create the first segment of NKs nukes. And the NKs are using that reactor, so far, to generate electricity.
Seriously, if you were North Korean, what would you do? See a big portion of your country do without electricity, or fire up that reactor?
And does it make sense to you that threatening the "axis of evil" with preemptive strikes would lead those countries to arm to the hilt, to develop as many weapons as fast as they could?
If you lived down the block from a large family who threatened to invade your home and beat the hell out of you, would you find some weapons, or just lay down and die? Think about it.
Is that tree falling in a North Korean forest, or where? I'm familiar with loose associations, but that one is a bit beyond me. There is a lot happening of which I'm not aware, and it's still happening, if that's what you're talking about.
