Unless they are designed to produce weapons grade Plutonium, which North Korea's clearly are. And to think, Jimmy Carter is the one who negotiated on behalf of the North Koreans to get additional nuclear technology from the US Clinton Administration
But its nice to know there is at least one liberal out there that thinks nuclear power is "ok".
Face it: CARTER & CLINTON have set up World War III. They could have taken care of North Korea 7 years ago, but decided to give it a pass rather than upset their "Peace Maker" image.
Now we'll see if Bush, Powell, Rummy, Condolezza, and the rest of the team you so despise can solve the biggest crisis to hit the geopolitical world since the 1960's.
If the Administration is as stupid as you love to proclaim, then war is imminent...And you better start building your bomb shelter.
