Do you honestly believe the current Iraqi government is the one its people want?
Overthrowing a murderous dictator does not equate to overthrowing a freely elected government and it is ridiculous to imply the two are moraly equivalent or that civil rights of Iraqis are being violated in doing so.
Do you believe they have no right to free and fair elections? They have none under the current government.
Do you believe they don't have a right to fair trials? They have none currently
Do you believe they have no right to avoid cruel and unusual punishments? They don't under the current government.
In short it is ridiculous to equate the minor faults of the current and past Us governments with the agregious behavior of Saddam's regime.
