Tom, evidence does not support this position. It is not the most workable because the rates of kids who abstain in an abstinence-only school is not really any difference from abstinence-plus-contraception or advocate-contraception programs. So they end up getting it on anyway, without putting anything on first.
Look up the statistics yourself.
