Answer to part of the question

<1) Who I must make war on and when

Democrats are not exactly blameless in this area either. For a good time, tally up all the major military conflicts America has been in since the founding of the Democratic Party and tell me how many of those were under the auspices of a Democratic chief executive.

To be completely fair, the Democrats of old were not the same as the leftist Democrats of current times, so there is a certain apples-and-oranges taint to that argument. But claiming that only Republicans are "warmongers" is a flatout lie.

2) How my civil rights must be abrogated in order to fight the "war on drugs" or "the war on terrorism" or whatever fear-mongering bullsh!t of the moment.

I'm no fan of the War On Some Drugs either. Which I know sets me apart from most mainstream Republicans. But I have never claimed Republicans were right on everything, just more things than Democrats. And where I disagree with Republicans, I firmly believe I'm right and they're wrong. ;)

As for the War on Terrorism, when your rights are actually seriously infringed (other than at airports), please get back to me. See #6.

3) What women/men can and can not do with their own body

This of course is part of the famous Abortion Argument, and is based on the assumption that the unborn child is not a person, but a piece of meat inside a woman that can be discarded at a whim. Many people believe this, others don't. If it is a piece of meat, then it's about a woman's body. If it's not, then it's about a child's body.

It would be nice if the "pro-choice" Left was as eager to give Americans "choice" in other areas, like schooling, retirement programs, what to drive, etc.

To listen to some liberals, one would think George Washington crossed the Delaware to give women the right to flush fetuses from their bodies.

4) Cram nonsensical abstinence-only brapp down the ears of my kids

Abstinence works. It has worked for thousands of years, and there is a reason most cultures have encouraged or enforced it. Liberals hate the idea because it's too damn close to a moral judgment, and there's nothing that pisses them off worse than giving them the idea that you think something they are doing might be wrong. I'm beginning to think a lot of leftist "rebels" have father issues. They sure act like it. And it would sure explain why a conservative, religious, and moral President would chap their asses.

I'm cramming the idea of abstinence into my own kids. The school can teach what it wants. They may go out and mess up anyway, but I'm not going to give them the luxury of pretending that nothing is wrong with promiscuity, and that commitment in marriage is not a goal worth pursuing. I'm on my 26th year, and I hope at least the example is worth something.

Nobody is idiotic enough to think abstinence is the only solution to unwed motherhood, diseases, and other sexual issues, but it's the best one. Just because it cramps up a "just do it" and "me first" lifestyle isn't my problem.

5) Tell men and women who are not hetero where they can/can't live and what they can/can't do in private and what kind of service they can/can't provide for their country.

Trying to figure out what laws keep gays from living anywhere they want. Can't think of any. If you are talking about a property owner having the right not to rent to them, I'm a libertarian, and think a property owner should have the right not to rent to people with a "Q" in their name if that's what floats their boat. Since most property owners are more reasonable, this would not be as big an issue as most people think.

I think sodomy laws are totally inane as a concept, even if one does not approve of homosexuality, and fortunately they are slowly being knocked down one by one. It's funny how many conservatives yowl about liberals making smoking illegal in your own home, but approve of sodomy laws. And for liberals, vice versa. Everybody's willing to be nosy and interfering, it seems, when their own axe is being ground.

I have no opinion on gays in the military one way or another, but think it should be up to the military to decide. Don't recall anyone putting a right to be a soldier in the Constitution, and if they decide it reduces the effectiveness of the military to enlist redheads, that's their business. Our defense is no place to play the PC game.

6) Remove the right of habeus corpus at will, and make it possible for american citizens to be treated as non-citizen 'enemy combatants' where littl or no evidence of any merit is at hand (jose padilla)

Now you sound like Bowser. If they let this last guy see an attorney, what are you guys going to have left to bitch about?
