No, Dan- Just the ones who take us to war without doing due dilligence and act with criminal negligence

It is not the case that everyone who kills a child in an accident should go to jail- just the ones who act with criminal negligence (get drunk, are irresponsible, behave contrary to minimal sound driving practice, etc).

Or are not to hold people responsible for the lives they take?
