And I said "prison or probation." Not all are guilty of a felony, but they remain guilty nonetheless, for there are plenty of lesser crimes that could easily be drummed up against them.
In the cases of Iraq and Afghanistan, I saw due diligence, and no acts of criminal negligence on the part of the current administration. You may have seen otherwise. That’s fine. There is no law against personal perception.
When did sweet little children enter into the discussion? Changes nothing. Intentionally running your automobile over an escaping, unarmed, convicted felon -- a rapist/murderer perhaps -- is equally heinous, and should be dealt with accordingly.
Hussein was, and may still be, both a convicted rapist and a convicted murderer, but he was definitely not unarmed. That’s where the argument lies. We gunned down the bad guy – or at least we hope we did -- but he tossed the weapon away. All we need to do now is find it.
I just think the “smoking gun†was tossed through neighbor Syria’s window.
