Let me get this straight...you dismiss the findings and/or opinions of the CIA, UN, IEAC, Rep. Waxman, and "senior adminstration officials," among others, and instead cite what you claim Davin would say to a hypothetical argument you might make?
I suggest you take a little time to ponder that.
Meanwhile, just for the record, the Central Intelligence Agency is considered a reliable authority about such matters, as is the International Atomic Energy Commission.
When authorities such as the CIA determine that a document is a forgery, we can take that as solid evidence that the document in question is, in fact, a fake.
