While Bush is indeed defended to the best of our abilities, the fact remains that there are at minimum hundreds of thousands of people out there who realize that their names would go down in the eternal annals of honor of radical Muslims if they could kill him. I don't know about you, but I think being able to move around the nation and the world under those circumstances denotes at least some level of courage.
