Everyone knew Clinton was a pacifist BEFORE he was elected.
He was charming and could play the saxophone and he promised the American people their jobs back.
What more did the average American want after 12 years of Republicans?
He said he'd battle the budget, the 4 trillion dollar DEFICIT...and he DID.
It took Bush Jr. less than a year to take us into the hole three times deeper.
Bush, however had his records expunged, and like his drug and alcohol abuse....made light of it.
