Ra ra ra
A band of brothers is GOOD if you're defending your home and your families.
Going into an oil rich country for wanting-to-get-richer oilmen, under the guise of "democracy" (or is it WMD?) just doesn't roll with the barrel for me.
Bin Laden was Bad. Sadam was bad. But we have NEITHER of them.
In their wake, we have slaughtered THOUSANDS of innocent Afganis and Iraqis, made them homeless, broke up their commerce, littered their land with live bombs and depleted uranium and created thousands more people who hate us.
Not to mention the enormous expense of our "manhood".
By stating we have the right to make war on anyone we want, with..... or without nuclear weapons, by stating that we are not liable to ANY international court of law or justice, that it is okay to bring back torture if it's "necessary"......well.l......
We've set a precedent for other nations.
And this "manhood" of ours has won us many enemies.
You can't "war" on terror, without creating "terror".
And Bush claims to be a Christian.....WWJD?
(What would Jesus do?)
Certainly not any of the above.
Seeing Bush lollygagging around on todays' news with REAL military men made me chuckle.
Real combat would have him crapping in his pants.
This is the man who HID from service during his training, missed his physical on purpose, and waited out the Vietnam war in the safety of his fathers' political net.
Manhood, my foot.
