What happened here in Florida angered half the nation. It wasn't a three ring circus to those people.
No, just to the half that won. And we're still laughing at those who believe the nation lost in 2000. Again, I voted Gore, but I'm more than satisfied with the outcome.
And Bush intimidated the Democrats by making smarmy, unpatriotic gestures to them and by blocking them at every term. It was pretty touch and go here for awhile.
Yeah, they were unorganized, but just watch them GO now!
Watch whom...? Go where...?
"we need someone who is going to sort the mess of the 20th century.......nothing I see the current prez-wannabes having the stomach to face."
I disagree. Kerry and his military running man (forget his name right now) could have a go at it.
Why fix what's not broke? Or are you wanting some hack to step in and "try" some "better way" to win a war? That experiment ought to really endear us to the undertrod of the Middle East.
Maybe they'd start HERE in the US by giving Homeland Secuity the support and funding it needs to protect our borders instead of spending billions overseas LOOKING for two men and their minions and bombing every freeking thing in their wake.
The only hold up on Homeland Security is John Q. Public. To secure the nation in the manner the wannabes desire it requires tax funding -- tons of it.
BTW, nothing beats a community-alert public,
