He's not a nobel prize winner. He's not even a born leader. He's a bit too religious in my opinion as well.
However, he does have a great team put together to sweat the details, and has risen to the task and made the tough decisions without crying on shoulders or seeking guidance through Dick Morris and overnight polling.
He's got Rove, the brainy fat kid everybody ignored in school at his side and a wife who really loves him instead of using him as a political ladder for her own ambitions.
He's got Hughes number memorized as well as on autodial on his organizer and is well grounded in the pulsebeat of mainstream America.
He's got Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld and Rice by his side when he needs them and each is already qualified & suitable to be President themselves.
He has an agenda which is higher in fundamental moral values than his opponents - even though they may paint him as a religious right lapdog.
He's managed to avoid being assassinated and effectively taken advice given to him to move the conflict away from our shores - and back overseas where it belongs.
He's stood up the UN after the UN blinked and exposed to the world that France and Germany's socialism is the philosophy of loafers and leaches.
Global power for the US is up by roughly 20% since the Iraq war began. Any question as to where the power lies has been put to rest. This is good for America but also the progress of the world as a whole.
Stagnation is retrogression. The middle east was stagnant for centuries - and we see how regressed the peoples and nations are in comparison to the west.
Many Americans realize America's destiny is to lead the world out of its own self-formed abyss. We've been doing the tough jobs for folks unwilling or unable to help themselves for almost a hundred years now.
We would do even more, but must restrain ourselves due to financial stability and to keep healthy our sterling example of a true free market economy.
Americans, and Bush imparticular, are viewed as cowboys - but cowboys are the good guys and help put the bad guys away.
He's the best President we could have asked for after Clinton and his disgraceful conduct and mentality. The US is in charge again and Bush's love of country is so great that he has embraced his job with such devotion that he has exceeded my expectations for his performance.
One look into the mans eyes will tell you he is not a liar or a prevaricator and he is not in love with the sound of his own voice either.
Anyone who dislikes him almost always has an agenda to fulfill and his actual job performance is irrelevant to such people. The mirror principle can be applied to almost all of their wildly emotional comments with very amusing and telling results.
