Why Do You Insist On Proving You Can't Participate In A Technical Debate?

None of what you just wrote is relevant to the technical issue I have raised with regard to back contamination Barry. This is why it is so obvious to those that actually practice science for a living that you don't have a clue what it is really about.

When your ignorance is exposed you always switch to the personal attack path and repeat accusations which have already been dealt with many times just like your piss poor science and self contradictions. I'd prefer to have a technical debate, but if you wish to continue to prove you are a science moron incapable of a technical debate go ahead.

Many here have opposed your stance while criticizing Zubrin's as extreme. Your failure to observe this and lump everyone together is typical of your limited powers of observation and logic. I have not seen one person on this board ever say we should ignore the NRC recommendations on taking precautions against back contamination. Zubrin's position is extreme and I don't think anyone denies it, what I and others deny is that it is anywhere near as extreme as the picture you try to paint. His arguement that there is no reason to believe there is a hazard is supported by many including Nealson and the NRC. What most are not willing to do is to state flat out that the hazard is indeed 0. While all data indicates that to be the case it is not conclusive. Zubrin is making an engineering style call rather than a scientific one. Few engineering decisions would ever be made based on such nonexistent evidence. Most people besides Zubrin however view the issue as one of public confidence and a basic scientific principle to treat any such sample with care.

Mark
