Re: History - I know..I was there...

BD: Why say this is Mars Research? It is merely camping in the Arctic in a comfortable plywood fort. I have gone on camping trips lasting weeks, does this mean I am doing serious Mars Research?

Chris writes: What makes camping in the Antarctic different? The location? What make it science...maybe publishing papers...we have and are publishing in peer reviewed journal. Quit calling the FMARS HAB plywood fort or I will sue you on this! Having a floor of plywood doesn't make something all plywood nor is there anything wrong with using plywood in construction asshole! I'm getting real tire of you Barry!

BD: YOu ddidn't listen to me. I said CNN was telling people the mER rovers were going to Mars to look for life. That is a lie. They are not even going to look for evidence of current water - onlye evdidence of ancient water. Yet the Mars Odyssey gamma spectrometer says there is lots of water today -- all over the planet. I notice the rethoric about the MER's looking for life on Mars has toned down a bit. Now they say they are looking foir evidence of ancient water - an accurate statement finally.

Chris writes: How sad! He's stuttring. We didn't listen to poor little retarded Barry! Hum, an friend who must have been watching about the same time you say you were...says they said "searching for signs of past life" just as they have every time I watched CNN and other news channels in the last half a year... But who cares! What's your point? Media people like you make mistakes all the time! So many of them are lazy researchless hacks just like you! How could they not be wrong!
