I think the problem is that ‘some’ here in America have been totally sheltered and pampered for so long that they no longer have the ability to fight; they expect someone else to do it for them. The military does all of our nasty deeds for us and we get to watch the safe version on Television while eating potato chips and getting obese in our homes. It’s kind of like playing a video game to some. They live out some sort of fantasy of kicking someone else’s a*ss on T.V that personally they haven’t ever done themselves.
I grew up in a culture that glorified punching someone into next week and respect came from how hard you could hammer another individual in between the eyes, regardless of whether it was on a football field or in a fistfight. “You hit him high and I’ll hit him low†“Hammer his f**king ass hard!†I grew up in this type of cesspool, this sh*t is wrong regardless of how you slice it. However organized football did help me to realize and understand how thing’s operate here in the US.
You don’t EVER convict on circumstantial evidence. Too many have been murdered on death row by the law of a State that we sanctioned that where innocent, and we still seem to revel in our ‘so-called‘ glory. It’s pathetic.
When will we finally grow up? Probably never. Violence is human nature, It‘s like sex, and you never can seem to shake it nor loose the desire for it.
Have a good one Davin, and thanks for your insight. There are some here (especially me) that really appreciate it.
