I think you are mistaking disagreement for hostility. Your apparent misrepresentation of the Mars folks stance causes some rather strong disagreement which you don't seem to grasp. You are also often using an angry vocabulary when someone strongly disagrees with you which tends to provoke a similar response. Often such responses are a result of an initial misunderstanding between reasonable people. You need to look closely at your initial comments. You also need to look at the context of board history if you have visited here very often to understand why certain people react as they do.
