Political correctness is not exactly a hallmark of video games, no matter how you look at it. If you think it's all one sided, do a Google on "video games" and "redneck."
The government has no business banning video games, and I can't see how one could bring legal action against them in a rational society, but people do have every right to protest to try and convince a store not to carry them.
I won't let my kid buy any of the so-called "Vice" series of games. I know which games go over the line and which don't, and if I can't censor them in the stores, I sure as heck can censor them in my house.
