I was just making the point that desensitization to other creature's pain and death is the norm in the training of little johnny serial killer...

I honestly dont see how people can get pleasure from killing animals- much less torturing them... I admit that I have killed quite a few animals- but always out of neccesity... Snakes mostly (They loved a hole under our doorstep...)- a skunk that was infesting our hay shed, and a goose (Trust me- the goose was necessary)... I admit I didn't really feel any sorrow over the snakes, But I took no joy in it...

Honestly, and this isnt a jab at anyone here, I don't understand hunting for fun... I mean, how much satisfaction can one get from killing a Turkey with a gun? I mean it isnt a battle of wits or weaponry...
