What does it mean by "Haitians"?
Does it mean anyone from Haiti or does it mean from the Haitian crime syndicate? In organized crime people tend to flock together according to ethnic group. If the game had said kill the Sicilians, we would presume they meant the Sicilian mobsters, not the owner of the corner pizzeria (unless he was one of them).
In the movie, "Marked for Death," Steven Seagal killed quiet a few Haitian mobsters, I wonder if any of the protesters made a fuss over that? In my opinion, video games fall into the same category as movies.
