First of all, the subject was the behavior of nations throughout history, not the Iraq war specifically.
Second, the link is a useful one, with many numbers and statistics. Judge each reference and footnote on its own merits. And across the world, democracy is, in fact, increasing.
Third, I would not be averse to taking out North Korea. I'm just wondering why the hell is it our job? China has as much to lose by having a nuclear-armed nutcase on its southern border as we do, maybe more.
