NOW, Tom would you like to compile a list of nations and their atrocities ... do you have any doubt that the number of nations behind us would greatly outnumber those ahead of us?

Well, if you are using sheer numbers of nations, I have no doubt that nations like Tonga and others would come out behind us. I think it is more appropriate to match apples and apples.

How about listing the permanent members of the U.N. Security Council, and doing an atrocity tally?
