I was only pointing out where the story came from. You were making it sound like Bowser made up.

So you think Reuters lied? Or the source did? It should not be too difficult to verify, if the administration wills it, so what's the problem? An enterprising interviewer needs to ask an official on the record whether it is true or false, is all.
