They're not there, and they have not the slightest idea of the big picture you now live in.
As it is, I do agree with the Reserve note you made, as I stated here. Things changed during Clinton, and was slow to rebuild since 9/11.
Nothing but bad will come of it, and expect the pendulum to swing a bit further into the grime before its return. It will return -- tarnished, but returned for new polish.
