It's a matter of degree.
Obviously I'm working at too high a level of abstraction here.
There is a difference between someone who complains that we didn't plan the post-invasion properly, or that we should have had more troops, or a number of criticisms along those lines; and someone like Michael Moore, whose entire agenda is nothing but virulent hatred. I have given a number of other examples along these lines, including people who thought that massive casualties would be a small price to pay to get Bush out of office.
