If it's that hard to get out, one wonders why the US got in, in the first place.
Saddam out, someone else was going to take his place and that someone isn't going to be american (I hope).
What's going on shows the intention wasn't to liberate Iraq but to change the regime in such a way it would be favorable to the US and Israel.
It's about changing iraqis so deeply, in spite of the violence.
It's far too ambitious and unrealistic.
