A more accurate assessment would be:

That a large majority of the people who work in media, select the copy, write the articles, decide which stories to cover, write the headlines, pick the film clips, put the copy in front of the anchorman, and read the news in front of the cameras, are liberals.

Every poll I've seen of media people proves this.

- There is no media conspiracy.

- There is no organized leftist media cabal controlled by the Democrats

It's just a bunch of people who happen to be liberal and largely Democrats, who dislike Bush and want Kerry to win. And their output reflects it. Believe it or not, most of them honestly consider themselves unbiased.

It doesn't matter one whit what the politics of the board of directors is. They're not the ones turning out the product.

There's one other base here, the media. Let's talk a little media bias here. The media, I think, wants Kerry to win and I think they're going to portray Kerry and Edwards I'm talking about the establishment media, not Fox. They're going to portray Kerry and Edwards as being young and dynamic and optimistic and there's going to be this glow about them, collective glow, the two of them, that's going to be worth maybe 15 points.

If the media weren't largely liberal, why the hell does Fox News stand out like a sore thumb?
