The smell test: would it count as cheating on a mid-term exam?
Lets see: I made a copy of the Exam booklet. Made notes about some other suplamental materials. Stuck it all in my pants. Walked out of the examination room. I didn't give the material to anyone. I just kept the materials for myself. But now I can't find it. Even though I didn't destroy it because it might be evidence of some sinister motive.
Next, ask yourself is Berger supposed to be smarter than your average college undergraduate who would obviously recognize a problem with the above senario?
