Bush's "Help" Gave Us The Slowest Job Recovery In A Long Time If Not Ever
It appears likely to me that the tax cuts to business were invested in shipping jobs over seas to a large extent rather than reinvested in the US as intended. Tax cuts to people would have been spent here mostly and benefitted US based business especially the small business drivers of economic growth.
Bush took his dogmatic campaign push for tax cuts prior to the recesion and promoted it as recession therapy with little change to maximize it's impact on economic recovery. I've pointed out it's flaws many times.
Bush is lame, Kerry's probably worse for the current situation we are in.

Mark
