By outsourcing I was referring to moving any jobs overseas. I was not limiting job loss to the internet and phone service sector. I agree those are driven more by technology than tax cuts. A major concern for many Americans is manufacturing job losses. This is a natural progression similar to the loss of farm jobs as technology changes, but it is being accelerated by shipping jobs overseas to brand new plants with cheap labor.
