Most of us have probably come across his remarks. He's been called every name under the sun because he dares to defend the "wrong" culture.

A comment on Rhys-Davis' words from here:

He is right and soon you fellows in West Europe would be in trouble.Quite sadly we were in trouble last 300 years because of these same bearded fellows' intolerance.
And they deliberately do not practise family planning. And convert,many times forcibly.And also never get educated seriously.And you European guys never understood and helped us all along.Good luck
