Sure it's a bet. Two years from now if we have control in some way I win if the Iraqis control it I lose. Who will be the arbitrator? And we can send the check if we are not at TMSC 9.

TMSC number 9 is tentatively set for LA in May a combined NSS/TMS meeting.

The last time NSI and L-5 meet they merged and L-5ers have been hating the idea all these years...that meeting was held in Seattle in the early 1980s.
