It's Simple The Democrat's Started Down This Path Now They Whine About It

You should read Tom's link. Calling either side liars is really just partisan jockeying at this point. These guys have just as much right to speak their minds as Democratic 527's. I believe most of the people speaking against both candidates are being honest as far as their memories go, but human memory is faulty. Fact is neither case against either candidate would probably stand up in court. Unfortunately the Democrats made both issues a big part of the campaign rather than focusing on Bush's real failures as a President. Perhap's they felt a Senator who has done nothing really can't campaign on his record against a President who obviously has been a leader even if he has lead in the wrong direction many times.

The Democrats let the Deaniacs highjack the campaign and quickly sunk a Candidate that probably could have beaten Bush. Kerry coopted the Deaniacs to win the primaries then tried to be tougher than Bush and Lieberman combined at the convention. Too bad so many of us were watching while he changed spots several times. If the Democrats had put forth a strong candidate they might even have won by a landslide instead of getting far less than the normal campaign bounce.

Regards,
Mark
