And clearly the Russians felt they had to mention they aren't talking nukes, because the US HAS been talking nukes.

Lessee. If we can get Britain in on this, it would be great. They see things like Iraqi WMD ready to go in 45 minutes. They'll be bombing ghosts and windmills.

And not to be called a piker, I can imagine GWB using nukes, just to show he's not afraid.
