So until Kerry saw opportunity, he was on board.
Basically, since Kerry has done everything possible, up to and including threatening and insulting our allies to weaken this war effort. Yet to do so he ahs to lie about what he said and did for years. So it is now safe to say that he clearly understands that what he has set out to do is to deliberately undermine the vital perception he claims is so important to successfully wage a war.
In other words, just like with Vietnam, Kerry is a poultroon, stabbing America in the back for base political advantage. So he is in fact an anti-leader, a weak arrogant oaf.
