We have here examples of incorrect and incomplete (incorrect by omission) information being distributed by state agencies to people who have already got good reason to keep their heads down.

Imagine for a moment that the IRS goes after you for not complying with a requirement that the IRS didn't bother to include on your tax form.

So easy, so easy to blow off people whose situations you don't anticipate ever sharing.

So easy to condemn a man forever for a mistake he made once.
