Recruitment into the Iraqi organizations that are leading the fight against Al Qaeda and the baathist leftovers is very strong, inspite of murder and terror by the terrrorists.
The intel will come in time.
We have captured a lot of the players, and often with tips from local Iraqis.
But after 30+ years of Saddam & family, they have learned a great deal of caution, I think.
