The ACLU has censored the free-expression of things it cnosders of religious nature in public places for quite awhile.
The extremists will be gunning for private expression soon enough.
It is an odd reality in America that porn gets better protection than religious expression.
And now of course the we are lurching in an apparently bipartisan fashion into censorhip of political expression by government.
And how many times have you been here talking about Ashcroft and fascism lite?
The constitution was written to be very clear. it took very well educated lawyers and judges to pervert it so well.
