The Democrats, overwhelmingly educated in our public schools, don't trust the "black magic" otherwise known as electricity to count their votes.
They want paper reciepts (nevermind that they never recieved paper receipts in the past).
The thing is, think about it: Even if they get a paper receipt what does it do other than act as a "feel good" for the idiot voter. Are they gonna announce on TV that everyone who voted needs to come down to the county auditor's office with their voting receipts so that a recount can be conducted? It couldn't be done. Its impossible.
Now imagine the Union boss telling Union workers to produce their voting reciept proving that the Union brother voted for candidate Kerry. or Lane Evans, or some other candidate that the Union decided is the best...Didn't vote for the union candidate? can't produce your receipt showing that your vote was counted? Welcome to union blackball land! the whole secret balloting process would be completely undermined if the voter is given a paper receipt.
It just goes to prove: the more you put the Democrats in charge, the more screwed up the process will become.
