No Paper receipts backup, no electronic voting

We absolutely need a 'checksum' method to ensure that electronic voting is not tampered with. A printout that the voter reads and verifies and files upon exiting. Unchecked electronic voting is too open to mischief.

In addition there needs to be a positive ID for every voter. Sorry for the 'inconvienience' to unregistered voters, the deceased and "undocumented" aliens attempting to vote.
