ALL voters should then be REQUIRED to show that info to the poll workers before they can vote.

Then the data could be entered into a national database to ensure that each voter gets only 1 vote (and is not registered to vote in more than 1 place).

Then give the voter list to the State income taxing authorities to make sure that there is a real penalty for those who attempt to get their vote counted twice: They'll be paying income tax in both locations.
