Character assassination redux

Provisional ballots are not new.

Democrats are not anarchists. The anarchists would be insulted at the suggestion.

It's far easier to screw up an election with falsified absentee ballots than by mobilizing a small army of con artists equipped with multiple IDs to cast maybe 10 votes each in a geographic region (possibly as many as 20 in a large city where polling places are fairly close together) using a procedure that's usually investigated more thoroughly than absentee ballots are.

Are you suggesting that we eliminate all absentee balloting as well, since those are easier to fake? Think before you answer.
