BTW
I wouldn't mind repealing the seat belt laws for adults if any head injuries sustained, and their subsequent treatment, including for resulting paralysis, were only absorbed by health insurance that allowed for driving without a seatbelt, with its obviously higher premium.
I feel the same way about the motorcyclists in PA who won the right to ride with the wind in their hair and the bugs in their teeth and their brains on the asphalt.
Currently, I have to pay a stupidity fee in health insurance for these folks. You have to put on your seatbelt or get socked with a fine. Money is money, and we're both paying out against our wills. That's show biz.
