Liberals vs Democracy
It's not just in MA where voter initiatives get dismissed. Here, AZ voters passed by a large majority an initiative requiring (gasp!) IDs to establish identity for voting, and guess what? Bingo! Time for those obligitory lawsuits, the favorite recourse of we-know-what's-best-for-you liberals when thwarted in attempts to impose their will on an unwilling majority of citizens. G-d save us from a society where these elitists had an actual 50.001% majority.
