Maybe this old lady who has voted here all her life has nothing like this. Maybe she lives in a tree house and never uses electricity. Maybe. God knows no matter what method someone comes up with, you'll be able to construct a mythical person who is going to be Oppressed by it.
Fine. Anyone who wants can vote anywhere they want. Vote twice. Vote three times. Drive around, vote around. Oh, wait. They'll have to take the bus since they don't have a drivers' license. Maybe you're an old lady on a fixed income who's voted all her life but has nothing with her address on it who has multiple personalities.
