Kerry knew whereof he spoke, we've all seen it who've been there, and makes a victim out of the people on both sides of the incident.

Now, I don't happen to believe that war crimes are necessarily perpetrated by war criminals.

And the chickenhawks will try to deny that which they don't want to believe.
